macOS got you covered with several options. Here are some useful keyboard shortcuts to use them:

Press Shift + Cmd + 3 simultaneously
Part of the screen
Press Shift + Cmd + 4 simultaneously
Window or Menu
- Press Shift + Cmd + 4 simultaneously
- Press the space bar. Camera icon appears
- Click on the window
